About Adrienne Avery, Founder & Chief Codifier, Codify That.

I’ve always been drawn to the moment when ideas turn into action—the part most people skip over because it feels too messy or too hard to organize. But that’s where I do my best work.

Before launching Codify That., I spent years managing complex programs, coordinating teams, and translating big strategies into clear plans. Somewhere along the way, I realized my favorite part of every role wasn’t the title, it was the systems I built to keep everything (and everyone) moving in sync.

What started as a way to stay organized became a way to help others breathe easier at work. I saw how much energy people waste trying to track tasks in their heads or rebuild processes from scratch. So, I began creating tools and frameworks that made the work lighter, more visible, and more repeatable.

Now, through Codify That., I help people do the same, codifying their ideas into structure they can sustain. Every system I design, every template I publish, and every session I host is built with one goal: to make clarity accessible and structure achievable, no matter the size of your team or scope of your project.

What I Believe

  • Accountability builds alignment. When expectations are clear and progress is visible, people show up with more confidence and less confusion.

  • Structure is strategy. The way you work shapes what you achieve.

  • Simplicity is strength. The best systems are the ones you actually use.
